    Are those the same exact brakes that i will get if i order them. They look like they are from the new golf r..

    Those are the exact brakes.
    The calipers are black just like the Golf R and they come with Golf R rattle clips.

    Do you sell the rear brakes too? If so, any discount on the whole set?

    If not, what are the chances of coming close to that previously mentioned ~$1000 price for just the fronts?

    No rear brakes. We purchased this kit for a project that ended up with different brakes.
    Someone offered $1000 at the same time a promotion was running.
    The promotional discount lowered the price pretty damn close to their offer.
    No promotions are running now, so the price is still $1,229.
