    asking $6000 obo

I'm selling my uber rare B5.5 Passat Wagon 4motion 1.8T manual transmission with 184k on it.

    I'm the third owner.

First owner owned the car until 5/2011 @ 169k miles (New Hampshire)

Second owner had it from 5/2011 until 1/2012 @ 175k miles (Cape Cod)

I flew out to Boston and picked up the car and drove it home.

Not a single hiccup in 1000+ miles in one day of driving.

Lots of maintenence has been done.

    It's never been smoked in.

All new pads and rotors at all four corners

    new driver's side front axle

all new filters: fuel, air, cabin air

    new passenger side rear caliper

brake fluid has just been flushed

    new monster mats 2/2012

new (3) OEM wiper blades 2/2012

car had a janky sony cd radio in it when I bought it.

I replaced it with the correct OEM Monsoon headunit with CD. Sounds good.

Car is rare in that it does not have any form of traction control. I verified this with the dealer via the VIN and it's correct. The 4motion 1.8T manual trans cars had ASR as an option, and this car was produced without it.

Everything works as it should. Heated seats, A/C, power windows, moonroof, etc, etc.

timing belt last done 11/09 @133k miles

The car just had both fenders replaced and the passenger rear quater panel by VW under the 12 year/unlimited mileage rust warranty. Some other minor surface rust on the car that wasn't covered by the warranty.

The hood has clearcoat issues that look like small splotches.

The hatch has a rust spot that's creeping out from under the license plate frame.

There is minor damage on the passenger side of the car, the side moulding on the passenger rear door has been damaged, and there is a slight dent on that door, at the front edge, and minor damage on the front door, at the rear edge. I'll take pics of this area once it stops raining.

I have a set of (4) 15" 5x112 steelies with snows (good tread remaining) that I'll include for the right price.

I know it's rare. Not in showroom condition, but it's a good, clean car.

I'm happy to take more pictures. I also have a copy of the clean carfax report from 1/2012.

Interior pics that I've posted are pre-detailing. It's raining right now. I'll take better, current pics asap.
