    Everything SOLD! Thanks!

I have 1 German MK1 GTI dual outlet manifold with matching downpipe and 1 Brazilian MK3 Dual outlet manifold with matching dual downpipe. As far as I know, the MK3 manifold flows better, but the metal is much thinner. The euro GTI manifold can be ported out to oblivion where it matches the downpipe. I started to port it out but I only had cheap stone grinding bits, not the legit carbide burrs. All parts have been painted liberally with high temp paint. The Euro MK1 parts were soaked in Metal Rescue rust treatment prior to paint and are in VERY good shape for their age. I do have the EGR tube and fitting for the MK1 manifold but I have to root around in my garage for it. I have gaskets for both types if you buy the manifold and downpipe as a pair. I will also cut a deal if you buy a pair.

I am not including shipping on these because size and weight of package may vary. If I can manage to fit any of these into flat-rate boxes, I will post prices accordingly.

    MK1 Euro manifold~$60
    MK1 downpipe~$60
    MK3 manifold~$40
    MK3 downpipe~$60

There also may be some confusion on my part about the euro manifold. It was off of an 81 gti and apparently just because it says Germany doesn't mean that it is the European model? I was told that the Euro manifold has an o2 bung, while the US one does not. This manifold does have an o2 port but you can hardly see it in the pictures. I am also not sure that these are 10mm studs. It did have 13mm nuts as opposed to 17mm nuts. Price remains the same as apparently, true Euro manifolds sell for $150 bucks by themselves. If the studs are the only difference, any machine shop could put in bigger studs for a fair price. My apologies if my posting was in error.

will the mk3 manifold and down pipe work on a mk1 1.7l?
Id rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6

I have not personally test fit it but I am not sure that it will. I know that the manifold will, but I have a Techtonics Tuning downpipe that I am going to use in my MK1. I know it will work in the MK2 but there may be some different clearance issues. I wish I could say for sure

My TT pipe is 16mm taller because it is ABA swap ready, but here is a side by side picture of the two. It looks very different :/

Manifold will fit for sure though! You might want to look into a TT pipe to be sure
