    No First Gear

    I have a 02 jetta 1.8t
    The car will not engage into first gear, all the others work fine including reverse.
    What could be the issue, i cant even force the car into first.
    any input would be great.

    I should also add
    the car is a BT setup. gt3071, 630 cc injectors maestro 7 maffless tune, FMIC, head has been ported and polished.

    and the car still engages into every gear except 1st, it will not even engage.
    and while driving in other gears there is no grinding noise or anything.

    please any input would be great.
