Yep... I'm ususually one that will come in to these threads and defend whoever is being accused of "copying" Apple, because the "copying" is usually limited to being made of brushed aluminum and having a black keyboard (See Envy laptops). THIS, however, is a pretty blatant imitation...

A keyboard is a keyboard, the only design similarity is that it is not black.

As far as a trackpad, Apple can't seriously have expected that idea to remain theirs for more than the time it took someone else to repackage it with their own logo. There's no real way to make a trackpad look or function differently. It's a trackpad. It's wireless. It's going to look the same.

looks earily similar to me. Apple did patent round corners, so no reason to think they would sue over the trackpad.

I think we can all agree the product wouldn't look like that if Apple hadn't released the iMac/Magic Trackpad (or w/e it's called) as "creative inspiration" for HP. The same goes for the iPhone, iPad, Macbook Air and their respective competitors.

Sony makes some of the finest AIO PCs even though their new ones took some inspirations from Apple. It looks very clean without looking like a direct copy. Sony wouldn't want to tarnish the brand by being regarded as blatant copycats.

if this hp all-in-one count as apple clone. Can i also assume all the 4 door sedans/suv/2 door coupe... are clones of the very first version of 4 door sedan/suv/2 door coupe.
