Due to Broke.Down getting Shut.Down due to unruly punks, a few of us here in Western Mass have been working hard trying to get a free show for everyone, and most importantly a trouble free show. Due to short notice, and lack of bigger venues due to the time of year this is what we have to present to you...

Dub’s Over Greenfield GTG

When: Sunday October 14th @ Noon!
Where: Greenfield MA

This GTG will be hosted in downtown Greenfield MA, in the parking lot behind Wilson’s.
Please note that all parking lot laws and rules are in effect during this event. So please no booze, or other shenanigans (don’t need the popo’s showing up, and going all reno 911 on us). It is a payed parking lot, but is free on Sunday which is why we are doing a GTG rather than an actual show with trophies and stuff. There are plenty of Taverns, bars, and restaurants all within a minute to 2 minute walk from the parking lot. Also due to that it is a public parking lot, other (possibly, but most likely) lame cars will be there, so show these people respect. If everything goes well, and we don’t cause a ruckus, the VW community will be more than welcome back to our town. So with that said, if you cause problems, you will be asked to leave. No questions.

How do I get there?
From I-91 North
Take exit 26 for MA-2 W/Massachusetts 2A E toward Greenfield Center/N Adams
At the traffic circle take the first exit Massachusetts 2A E
Take a left onto Chapman St

From I-91 South
Take exit 27 on the left to merge onto MA-2 E/Mohawk Trail toward Boston
Take the US-5/MA-10 ramp to Bernardston/Greenfield
Turn right onto MA-10 S/US-5 S/Bernardston Rd/Massachusetts Route 10 S
Continue to follow MA-10 S/US-5 S/Massachusetts Route 10 S
Turn right onto Main St
Turn right onto Chapman St

Looks like it was a good turn out even with some New England weather thrown in. Sorry I missed it! Was a bit tied up trying to purge the air from the cooling system on my VR6...should have just walked down.

Made the ride up from CT (not sure if anyone else even did)...cool little town...and the mug I bought was great...I Made This stickers had the best selection I seen in the minute...none of the tacky sayings and all that...just nice VW designed stuff for the most part...

Sadly...with the weather kinda of rough...and being with the GF....I spent most the afternoon drinking at the Peoples Pint...then took off...was actually happy to see some cleaner old school stuff (rocco, mk1s, mk2s)
