    Long and short of it, is that I am genuinely lost.
    Car ran fine and one day lost all power. Let the car sit for maybe 10 minutes and it started right back up.
    Ran fine for several more days.
    Sunday, we swapped suspension on it and after letting it sit, started it up and moved it. Only got about 10ft and it died. Tried to start it several times and nothing. I couldn't hear a fuel pump or anything. Let it set a few minutes and it fired right up.
    Ran the car back and forth to work Monday and it was fine.
    Tuesday, not so good. It died out under load and would not start.
    Looked everything over thoroughly and found the #3 ignition wire was toast. Did a full tune up and it fired right up.
    Drove the car a mile and it died, and wouldn't restart at all.
    I let the car sit over night, went over started it, and it fired right up.
    Tonight I swapped out the fuel pump with a new unit and let it run 15-20 minutes or so go by and it died. I could not get it to restart again. Checked for spark and had nothing. Pulled the ecu out and opened it up. Nothing smelled burnt and nothing looked bad or fried.
    Plugged it all back in and started the car. We let it run over an hour and couldn't get it to die again. Tapped on ecu and ignition coil and it changed nothing.

    So far I have done the following :
    * fuel pump
    * tune up ( plugs, wires, cap, rotor)
    * replaced fuel pump relay
    * check harness at engine
    * check harness along firewall

    I cannot get it to fail again, and am refusing to drive the vehicle.

    Any insight?

    Scan for codes. Possibly bad coil or crankshaft sensor, coil is probably more likely.

    I am going to change the fuel filter this weekend as a precaution, but i do not think that it is the problem.

    When the car will not start I have NO spark. Thus, making me think that it is electrical. I found a wire that I did not like, at the ecu, and repaired it as needed. So far no issues, but i have gone further then ~ 1 mile...

    Sounds like a coil or ckp. Does it bog down and die? Or just shut off

    Seems like a slight miss then dies. Going to drive it tonight and see what it does.
