    Oil Catch Cans



    Every internal combustion engine has pressure and blow-by gases in the crankcase and valve cover. Some engines do a better job of separating the oil vapors before reaching the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) vents than others. Most engines don’t, sending a nasty mix of oil vapor and waste gases out the PCV vent and into the intake system. These vapors smother important (and costly) sensors with oil and gunk. In extreme cases, this gunk can build up on the valves killing performance. On a micro level, oil vapors displace oxygen molecules altering air-fuel ratios and effectively lower the octane level of your fuel. ... read more

    1.8T O2 Sensor Spacers


    When an aftermarket high-flow catalytic converter is used on a late model car its common to see a CEL (Check Engine Light) come and go. This CEL is usually backed by a fault code that indicates a failed cat. If your new cat is NEW, how could it have failed? Behind the scenes, the factory ECU is comparing the readings from a pair of oxygen sensors to measure the effectiveness of the cat. When a high-flow cat is used the exhaust gases are able to pass by the cat at a much faster rate, disrupting the readings.     I have only a 3in down pipe from you guys and i was wondering if you sell a high flow cat with the flanges and the adapter to a 2.5in catback exhaust?
