    Npr filler instrumental: who is the artist

    Odd question but last night I heard a song that I instantly recognized the instrumentals as a filler piece during certain Npr segments. I googled but could only find theme songs for Npr programs. The songs vocalist sounds very much like Paul Simon. Anyone know what the hell i'm talking about?
