looking to sell/trade my 86 gti. as we all say, im balls deep in this car and it has more sentimental value than dollar amount. .

im the third owner of "midge". she's led the life of a princess but she needs a new prince charming.

no name racing seats.
refinished headliner
white LED dome lights
red LED under dash and in pockets

no sunroof leaks.

straight body. no salvage/rebuilt title
great stereo system

big bore intake plenum
new ISV
new alternator
cut up airbox
....aaaaaaand prolly some other stuff.

BAD:
it was designed in germany in the 80's
RD block has near 370k on it (yes, i sh!t you not) and its ready to retire.
leaks oil (not much)
she has been fighting skin cancer for years (around L rear window)
two pellet dents on the right side from some d!ck who did a drive-by years ago.
its an 8v.
lowered on FK's
sub/stereo isn't going with it
needs the heater core replaced or deleted, whichever is your style

would prefer to sell but willing to trade for a 16v with cash my end. derp.
