    Hmm, may be good for motorcycles too - although there may be an issue with the color of the light......

    Nothing says you can't have a red light to the rear. -Blue might be an issue, but I see countless Harleys with blue lights... Interesting... but gimmicky, I suspect.

    i've seen someone with this. it's really cool but i kinda wish it shone out to the 3ft rule instead of an arbitrary smaller amt

    I'd like it a lot better if it went a lot further back. It might help those drivers that seem to think the width of a bike is about the same as its tire.
