SCR is a little bit further North but well worth the drive. It's a no bull****, no games, and always fast place to get work done.

as far as pricing, most everyone should be pretty comparable to each other.

Is it common to be charged for labor on a tune?

Depends on the car. If its a direct flash than there should be no labor. However my MK6 GTI did cost labor cause of the ECU removal.

I have all my work done at Peak EuroSports. On my MK6 they have done everything from my stage2 APR flash to my Stage 2 DXD clutch. Even my coilovers have been done there. Ernie and the folks over at Peak have taken great care of me and my car.

Awesome! I have a '12 Golf R, which is direct flash, so even easier

I may just have to take advantage of the APR fall sale. And RS is the closest shop to my house, woohoo!
