Think logically. If you want help, give us as much information as possible. What year is your car? How many miles on it? What engine does it have in it? Have you recently done any work? Have you recently experienced any other problems? Anything else that you think may help.

Bottom line, sounds like your turbo **** the bed or your head gasket is blown or head is cracked/warped.

If the white smoke 'smells sweet' it's an engine coolant leak.

Well the car is 2002 v6 4motion ... the car doesnt smoke up all the time only if its been sitting for a while then on start up it smokes but after that it wont smoke up until it sits for a while so... basically it smokes only in the morning ive checked the head gasket and the car doesnt have a turbo...

mine only smoked in the morning, and it was white smoke not blueish, which meant it wasn't burning oil (actually it was but that was a different problem..)

could be bad intake valve seats, after sitting a while a leaky injector could drip fuel into the cylinder and the excess fuel being burned off could get a little smokey. if it has a blueish tint or if you are noticing a loss in power, look at turbo issues
