Wheels have never been taken apart. Overall they are in great shape. I would rate them an 8.5 out of 10. You could put tires on them and enjoy them how they are now or widen and paint them or do anything your heart desires. A couple wheels have very small nicks and light clear coat defects but its all things you can see unless you are a foot away. One wheel has a VERY minor bend in the lip. It honestly took me a few mins to find it. But with these wheels comes a complete extra set of stock lips that are in great shape and just need a polish. I also have the center nut tool included. Pic below will show everything in detail. As you can tell from the pic I am being very honest and anal about the condition of these. Most people would falsely advertise these as mint wheels.

My plan was to widen the wheels but plans have changed.
