What all is left to do , what does it need ?

Hello all,
My Jetta is back up for sale! Originally I bought it as a lawn ornament, and brought it back to life. The swap was done by a shop in NY that is now defunct, but the quality was top notch. Its a 1998 OBD2 swap, with 5 lug conversion, and mk3 dash. NGP did an engine rebuild, installed coilovers, full turbo setup with FMIC, and full custom exhaust and powder coated IC piping. Spent $17k, because everything was done PROPERLY! I have the receipts for the full build and can show them to anyone who is really interested.
OK, I'll try to list everything....
Exterior/Chasis
-Wheels: MK3 GLX Bugattis
-Vogtland coilovers (under 750 miles, installed at NGP)
-5x100, stock 98 VR6 brakes, stainless steel brake lines all around
-g60 flares up front, 8v flares in the rear
-Stock smoothed big bumper in the rear
-Reiger RS fiberglass front bumper
-Audi OEM HID ballasts, in crystal clear 7' round headlights
-Solid red tail lights
-M3 style taillights also included
-The color is Acura, atlantic blue pearl from the TL series around 2004
-Shaved door pockets, stock black mk2 handles
Engine (everything listed below has less than 2k)
-1998 OBD2 VR/tran swap with roughly 58k original miles (port and polished head less than 2k ago)
-T3/t4 .50 trimi (less than 2k miles)
-42 lb greentop injectors
-Raceware head studs
-Custom welded/powdercoated intercooler piping, FMIC (now all are flat black)
-Custom welded 3' stainless exhaust, Billy boat muffler. No cat
-C2 head spacer 8.5:1 compression
-Apex'i digital boost controller
-Short shifter
-Peloquin LSD
-Spec stage 2 clutch
-Almost new red top Optima battery
-New coilpack
-New external fuel pump (in-tank pump still in place)
Interior
-AEM wideband
-Stewart Warner boost gauge (both of these in a-frame pillar)
-All 4 panels, and back seat were custom stitched by A&R custom interiors, black suede with red french seams (see pics below)
-Headliner and visors is all red suede matching the seats
-All pillars wrapped in black suede
-DC2 recaros in FANTASTIC shape. They're from a Japanese DC2 Integra (rid)
-3 point race seat harnesses
-Cabrio gauge panel
-Electric windows work
The bad:
-Driver side door has a small shallow dent, about the size of a baseball. Probably can be pulled
-Leaky sunroof (needs new seal, and to be aligned)
I know I'm forgetting stuff and will update it. I have all receipts from NGP that will come with the car. I wish I didn't have to sell but it doesn't make sense for the car to sit in a garage when someone could have fun with it! The car should make close to 400 hp after a dyno tune
I know how much has gone into the car, so bring on the offers, but no redic lowballs either.
$7,000 IS THE ASKING PRICE

As far as what..? A project is never ending
Everything I know that is faulty is listed under "The bad". But, not much that NEEDS to be done.
