The car has done this in the past but was fixed when i bought a new coil pack, 5 months ago. I scanned the car and got 5 codes

    1.secondary air
    2. secondary o2 sensor
    3. random/multiple misfires
    4. misfire on 1
    5. misfire on 6

Checked the coil seemed alright, bought new NGK wires, regaped my fairly new plugs, got rid of a vacuum leak, has a brand new fuel pump, and still testing.

Car seems to only do it while warming up it. Then again I don't drive it more than 30 minutes at a time. It misses and corrects itself.

Could anything be failing that it only wants to do it so randomly? It also doesn't do it every time i drive it. Just yesterday it rained pretty bad here, and i was hoping that if it was the coil pack it would act up more than ever, sadly only misfired for a little as it usually does...
Help please I'd really liked to get this fixed ASAP!

Had a issue where Id loose spark out of my 1/6 coil when the car got warm, turns out the canon connector wasnt screwed in till it clicks. Thats the main connection to the engines harness by the secondary water pump.

Are 1/6 even firing at all? pull the cyl 1 plug wire, and cyl 6 plug wire and see if it affects anything when its running..

I had two dead cylinders not too long ago and it turned out to be the ECM on the coilpack (the cyl 1/6 pin on the plug had melted thru. so there wasn't a contact to the 1/6 coil) check it :p

The ICM does control 1/6 together. I read that on the Ford coilpack alternative thread. Try swapping your ICM from the old coilpack.
You can get a smooth, quiet, floaty car and fall asleep waiting to get from point A to B, or enjoy getting there.
To be good at racing, you have to change your name to Sebastien.

    Wrong.

Although one bad plug on a waste spark setup can cause issues with its sister cylinder regardless of which company makes the plug.
