FS: 1995 mulberry gti vr6, eastern PA

Im selling my 95 vr its about time I part with it I do not have the money to do what I want with it and to fix whats wrong with it. Car runs pretty good but there are a few issues; to start it has an oil leak somewhere its everywhere so i cant really pinpoint it, there is a vacuumn leak which Im almost positive i know where its coming from, the cluster stopped working idk if its a loose ground or what, the p/s wheel bearing has some play in it not alot at all. The sunroof leaks too so youll need a kit for that, and as of today I found it needs a new powersteering pulley and bearing and a new rack because its leaking fluid out of the boots. I do have a bunch of extra parts for it like new dash with everything but the radio, two new door cards, 2 front wheel bearings, two new front strut mounts and bearings, new front bumper unpainted. Car needs some work but would make a good project for someone for a n/a build or supercharged which is what i was gonna do but like i said no money for all that stuff. So im asking for 3500 obo, no trades I feel its a fair price for whats done to it already and all the extra parts. Heres the parts list. Oh no idea what the mileage probably somewhere around 20k for engine and trans.
