If you are running the support bar (#19) then yes, you should have that shim/support plate. It distributes the load from the supports across the back of the charger.

G-Lader Intermediate plate?

Hey guys, I was ordering some bolts and washers to finish installing my G-Lader after getting it back from rebuild and I noticed this plate on the catalog. I don't have the plate and was wondering, is it really needed?
It's #17 and the part number is 037145539B.
