So long story short I finally got around to retrofitting R134a into my GLI but I hate the sticker that the GAP kit came with.

So I'm looking for an OEM R134a sticker that may be available anywhere. This is not exactly a WTB thread, it's more of a where can I find thread.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Cheers!

The part number on the retrofit sticker from Vw has the part number 357 010 089B and came in the Adapter/Label Kit 357 820 794. If you need a picture of the label to print/make one let me know

Go to a dealer and order 1K0-010-328-J, that is the current oem R134 sticker that has been in use since the mk5 was released.
    91 GTI VR6 - the all motor mess, 13.614@99.72
    06 A4Q 2.0T - the luxury daily, quattro + 23lbs of boost = win
92 JEEP CHEROKEE - lifted, loud, filthy and extremely missed

I don't want the current OEM one. I want a period correct sticker. From the kit that the car would have access to in it's time.

535-010-069M is the R134 sticker for later Corrado's that had R134 in them from the factory. That is still period correct to an A2 and still available. The part is obsolete but here are 3 of them left in the warehouse network. Your local dealer should be able to get it still. Its a whopping $2.75.

Otherwise, I would check the internet. There was a company in England making replicas of a bunch of the under hood and gas door stickers from the A1 and A2 cars. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the company.

Also the factory retrofit kit 357-820-794 is obsolete but there at still 57 of them left in the one warehouse. So they are actually available. Although $59.50 is a lot to pay for a retrofit kit just to snag the sticker out of it.

Wow thanks! I just called my local parts department to ask, and you are right. There are still 3 in warehouses. However those warehouses are in Canada. 2 in Vancouver and 1 in Toronto to be specific. And my parts department guy just told me that he wouldn't be able to guarantee that he could get them shipped to me here.

And that website is called volkswagenstickers.co.uk
But they don't have anything A/C Related

Hey sent you a PM with a PDF you can use. If someone could give me the actual dimensions to the OEM sticker I can resize it and post it for everyones use if they want it.
