Ok, so a few years ago, I decided to purchase my first shotgun. I loved the feel of the Nova, sturdy lock-up, no fore-end rattle, 3.5" capable. I bought it's cheaper brother the Stoeger P350 (just doesn't have the shell lock out button on the slide).
Coming from the Marines, and firing thousands of rounds out of the M16, a pistol grip stock just feels natural. So I bought the home defense model. Problem is, it's not threaded for choke tubes, and only 18.5" long. I thought about a turkey model but they were almost two hundred bucks more. I figured when time came, I'd buy a standard 24-28" barrel.
Get this, a new barrel that fits these guns only cost ten dollars less than I paid for the gun! If anyone out there knows where to find cheaper barrels for the Nova/P350 I'd like to know. If not looks like I'm going to have to buy another shotgun
