Alright here's how it goes. I ended up doing a big upgrade to my car involving:

Flushing coolant 3 times with lubro moly radiator cleaner and filling with distilled water/g12 plus
Used redline water wetter as well
    All new Radiator Hoses
    Aluminum Thermostat Cover
    Low temp thermostat
    Low temp thermoswitch
Dropped and resealed my oil pan
Changed my oil amsoil 5w40 euro formula
    Oil filter flange
    Oil filter flange gasket
    Both oil pressure switches
Blocked 2 ports on coolant pipe
Eurosport Heavy Duty oil cooler kit
    Gruvenparts aluminum dipstick funnel

Upon starting and driving the car, all was well. I revved it a little bit to 3k rpms and then the idle dipped and held at roughly 3-400 rpms. I've had this problem in the past before and it ended up being a sneaky vacuum leak for me, but I can assure you I have checked till I'm blue in the face and can't find a single one.

I have done quite a bit to the car and it was running completely fine before I decided to do this upgrade. I know the problem that's come up and my upgrade are unrelated to each other which makes it harder for me to figure out. Here's what I've seen:

Upon cold starting my car, my a/f gauge reads like it should. After 30 seconds, the gauge usually went to "stoich" when my car was running perfect, but recently it has started to give me readings of 14-16. The only way I can get it to go "stoich" is to lean out the idle mixture quite a bit, but when I do that, I also have to adjust the idle screw as well. Before all this had happened, the car idled and ran beautifully. Problem is back when I had my very sneaky vacuum leak, my a/f gauge would still read "stoich" despite when the idle dipped and stayed real low.

When I shut the car off, wait a few minutes and then turn it back on, the a/f gauge reads at 14.8 for a little bit and starts to go lean, but it shoots to mid-13 for a second and then starts at 14.8 again and starts to go lean. It goes to "stoich", but then gives me readings of 15-17 and stays there.

Im confident my idle mixture is set like it should because I used the brake booster trick where when you pump the brakes, you can sort of see and hear the idle drop just slightly. I don't remember which vortex member said this trick, but it works and my a/f gauge was also at
"stoich" like it should have been up cold starting when I was tuning my idle mixture last year.

This problem happens randomly when I'm driving, revving my engine, cold, hot, all conditions random.
