WTT: 1994 BMW 325is for B4

Located in the Philadelphia area. I have a 1994 BMW 325is. 5 speed manual. Just rolled over to 200k, and that will continue to rise as I daily drive it. Inspection good until May 2013. It is a great car, reliable and really fun to drive. 25+ mpg. I have a growing family and a coupe is just too hard to get a child in and out of the back seat. Car will come with 16 in alloy wheels with summer tires and 15 in steel wheels with winter tires.

The not so good:
Some dents and scratches from parking in Philly. No rust though.
Air does not work.
Fog lights do not work.
Heat only works on full blast.
Minor cosmetic blemishes in interior. To be expected with 18+ year old leather.

Would trade for a b4 sedan or wagon. Preferrably a 5 speed, but open to anything.
