2004 subaru wrx W/ tons of sti mods ...NEED GONE!

hey whats going on im trying to sell my 04 subaru wrx with the hawkeye front..
body of car has around 134k, motor has 84k on it.CLEAN TITLE!

Perrin turbo inlet
IAG up-pipe w/ TiAl ultragate (38mm,2 Bolt)

Megan catback exhaust

BC racing coilovers (front passenger needs rebuild)
Perrin rear sway kit (adjustable bar+endlinks)
STI front+rear strut bars
STI foglight covers
V limited replica lip
NRG steering wheel+hub+quick release
COBB double adjustable shifter
Custom latheworks weighted black shift knob
Autometer pro-comp ultralight gagues (oil pressure,boost,egt,water temp) mounted on A pillar and steering column
Complete STI hid headlamps
Seibon CF RS hood
shaved trunk
NEW STI subframe powercoated gold
STI h-brace
Prodrive 17x8
full STI interior ( in picture i dont have sti seat, its in now!)
Front brakes were just done
car was painted fahrenheit orange about 3 years ago
last tune it made 301 awhp 337 ft tq


THE BAD:
Front right coil over needs a rebuild
Right front axel needs a boot
Car threw a misfire code i have the coilpacks to fix the problem just dont have the time to fix it (coil packs will come with car)
FUEL line has a rip NOT THE METAL PART ITS THE RUBBER LINE (started to fix and never finished!!)

UPDATE!! :....the fuel line is fixed on the car which mean THE CAR IS DRIVEABLE AGAIN...$8300 FIRM take it!
