The only thing i did to it was the flapper mod right as i got it, thats a must

Not to beat ya up but the last guy to sell his with low miles, 21,000 miles, got $21,000 for his car. Once you get down there your car will sell.

I'm in the market for a MKV R, and i certainly would consider the MK IV R, but not for a price near the MKV prices- considering all the updated features, which I think is what most R buyers are considering, the MK V R's are going for for low 20's.

And many banks won't finance a car this old, something that whittles down the buying market a bit. Just some thoughts.

Post some pics man. Just place the pictures on a website like photobucket and then use the insert image button on here (when your typing a post) to insert the weblink for each image.

He emailed me 2 pics; I encouraged him to take more of the engine bay, trunk, interior, etc.

OP/Seller: i'm going to give you the same advice I gave the guy in San Diego with the TR R32/MK IV -

I'm an R32 buyer right now - and I'm looking for a MKV. i know the market inside and out - I think personally nobody is going to pay $25,000 for a MK IV with 28,000 when they can pay $25,000 or less for the MK V (newer, better technology, no clear coat paint issue, etc)

The last guy to sell his low mileage mk IV R32 got $21,000 or so for 21,000 mile car in DBP.

Once you get down to $20,000 or so, people might bite. But $25,000 is pie in the sky for an 8 year old car.

R32Slutt: Have you experienced ANY clear coat issues with your car? It's a known issue and it would be good to put that info out there for buyers.

Also, you can consider me interested in your car at $19,000 cash. I know that's way below what you're looking for, but I'm about to pull the trigger on a BMW 128i with Steptronic and sport package for $20,000.

Hah, I sure hope so. I thought people had poor driving skills when I was in Washington.. Then the snow hit hit and it went 10 fold. Or to validate my opinion of how I hate people on their cell while driving. Was slammed into while completely stopped in I-5 traffic. Ford fusion of all things... I gladly paid more money for my car because it was the EXACT car I wanted. Someone looking for a clean low mileage R who has the money would certainly pay the asking price.

ya man I understand the seller is looking for a sale and people on poortex dont want to pay nothing so dont knock the guy it is a R32 that has low mileage and is rare I dont think its that bad of a price. People on here just have no money and are cheap and shouldnt be looking to buy parts or cars and need to get a job.
