    Any body in the surrounding area ?
    Trying to find a gym other then Golds for Thursday / Friday night .

    Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. I used to belong to that Gold's (for about a year) when I was there. I would've recommended Urban Active over it though. MUCH better, bigger, etc. May have been a bit of a drive depending on where you were staying, though.

    Theres to many weird people in there .

    I was staying downtown but I could drive anywhere I wanted since I had to head up to almost to Erie one day to see a potential customer.

    Lots of new LA Fitnesses all over town. The one just not far from town in South Side Works is nice, with tons of cool places all around.

    Also has an awesome trail two blocks away, along the river which links with bridges that'll hook you up to another trail that'll take you right downtown.

    What do use trails for ?

    And LA fitness sucks dumbells don't go high enough.

    Running. Just the perfect set up. Lift for an hour or so, change, then a nice7-8 mile run downtown.
