    As long as they are slammed,clean,with very expensive rare parts on them.

    I missed it but I don't care. They're a far cry better than the mk4 GTI pretty much no matter how you look at it. Mk1s and mk2s have the "old and simple" going for them, and mk5/6 are very nicely made cars.
    Mk3s are the redheaded stepchild of the A platform - but I like it that way. They're the awkward middle child that does pretty much everything well.
