Ever thought about a loaner? You could go back to the old one if it doesn't work out to your satisfaction?

Spoke to a couple of VW Aus employees about the GTI yesterday.

One said new GTI possible before end of next year, the other said early 2014.

Both re-confirmed the Golf VII will be on sale in Q2 next year.

This is much longer than I was expecting. Anyone know how I can find out which dealer would have a xenon, nav, DSG, tartan Mk6? Not red or black but otherwise I'm ok to take on other options as long as those 4 items listed are on the car. MrsWAY could do with a city car as all our cars are too big.

Lol can't have everything Wayne that combo of options is not easy to find in stock I would imagine. Leather is easier to clean anyway with baby chuck and gunk..

Ah but you are missing the point! No tartan = no GTI. For mrsWAY, tartan is what defines GTI. And to be honest I love it too. You won't find me buying a leather GTI. That would just make it like any of my cars.
