Advice Needed: In need of some major paint repair...

I have a four door, black golf that unfortunately was the victim of a detailing service that doesn't know how to really detail a dark car. Thus my paint is burned and all I can see after a wash is lovely burn marks all over the car. Took it to a few shops for some dent estimates and they all said it needed to be repainted, [still need to take it to VA Car Repair, I hear they do great work].

Looking for some advice from the group on my best options in the area.
