Hey guys im new to VW Vortex just thought I would make a post and show you guys my golf !

I have a 1997 Volkswagen golf 2dr , CL , 1.8L 8v 90hp engine ! woo hoo ! Im looking to do a Head swap with the old mk2 1.8's and I was wondering if this was possible? and what will I need? I heard some people swapping the intake manifold from the mk2s as well, im not doing a vr6 or 16v swap I want to keep my 1.8L 8v , any information on doing this head swap would be very helpful ! anyways heres a couple pictures of my car !

I don't hate my VW golf; like it rather. As long as you know mk3 breaks more often than others and that reasons why I bought it so I can learn how to fix it and also used car and parts are cheap.
