FS: modded 400+ hp 2001 QC Sprint blue - 12K PA

I hate to do it, but after 5 years of owning this car, I want something else. Ill start with the basics-

2001 TT 225hp coupe. All black with gray interior when I bought it 11/25/2007 with 67,500 miles from the original owner. now has 122,xxx on it

Exterior:
Car was painted summer of 2009, PPG deltron base coat and concept clear coat. color is sprint blue pearl, an oe color to the new S4 The finish is holding up very well with a few minor scratches and normal stone chips on the front cover. The roof was left the original black as well as the engine compartment and hood underside. All other areas were painted inside and out.

Wheels and suspension:
There are some cheap 18" staggered wheels on it as seen in the photos, the front tires are new and the rears are a bit worn, but still in good shape. It will also come with a set of 17" wheels with snow tires.

Suspension is an Eibach Pro S coilover setup. It is not and has never been "slammed" I did not want to deal with eating tires and risk bottoming out everywhere I go.

Engine:
The engine was rebuilt in august 2011, specs are as follows-
AEB head, valve job done on a Serdi head mill.
Supertech inconel exhaust valves
20 new oem valve guides and seals
head cleaned and inspected
JE 9:1 pistons 1mm oversize
ARP head and main studs
Scat H beam rods with ARP hardware
New timing belt and water pump
New oil pump
Garrett GT3076 internally gated
3" dp, gutted cat to stock catback (Im too old for loud)
Forge 007
Siemens 830cc injectors
New in tank pump
New fuel filter
MSD inline booster pump
Hand built intake manifold
Hemi 80mm TB
Unitronic 830 mafless file
ECU upgraded to wideband
Downpipe has extra bung to run wideband gauge
Ebay 14x30X3 intercooler and custom pipes

Clutchnet billet lw flywheel and heavy duty pressure plate, OEM disc (no slip issues)

Interior-
Sock, no upgrades other than a short shifter, drivers seat is worn on the side like all of them.

All oil changes have been mobil 1 since I owned the car
New brakes and rotors in the last 8 months.
Changing wheel bearing this weekend, left front is starting to go.
cluster is starting to lose pixels.

Asking 12k or will trade for a B6 S4 in fair condition. pics to come soon.
