Sounds like an exhaust manifold gasket. (You mean the ticking sound, right?) As the engine heats up and the metal expands, the gap closes between the exhaust manifold and the block. Subsequently, you no longer hear the escaping exhaust gases. I.e, no more ticking.
It is nothing to worry about, just annoying. The gasket is cheap, but likely a real pain-in-the-arse to change.

Is it a high pitch squeal, very loud? A few people have experienced that sound--sounds somewhat like a dentist drill. And like you, the sound only persist until the engine is at operating temp. If so, it may be the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) pump is failing. The pump is activated at startup to help reduce emissions while the engine is cold.
While I wouldn't say it is common, a few people here have experienced this. If you google "SAI pump rebuilding" there are a couple DIY on how to repair. Otherwise, maybe try an "auto recycler" aka junk yard, for a replacement. I think the cost of a new one is pretty high.
On the positive side, A failing or inactive SAI pump will not damage your engine. However, it is bad for the environment.

Sorry man, I'm outta ideas. I watched that video a couple of times, but can barely discern the squealing noise. An SAI pump would not increase with engine RPM, so you can rule that out.
Maybe the bearings in the timing belt tensioner going bad? How many miles on the car? When was timing belt last done? Does the noise sound like it is coming from the front of the engine?
Might be worth it to take a look at the belts.
