Pros:
Clean Title (Flawless CARFAX)
Completely bone stock.
Very straight body. (Never been in accident).
Extremely clean interior (except for driver seat).
Engine is healthy and runs strong. (Rebuilt by BMW technician 70k ago).
Transmission shifts smooth (No grinding).
Clutch engages strong & smooth.
Tires have good tread.
All exterior & interior lights work.
Power windows work properly.
No leaks.
Does not burn oil or smoke.
Tags good till 2014.


Cons:
Cracked windshield (Noticeable but not spreading).
Driver seat is torn. (Will include OEM replacement seat, but color is slightly off).
Driver side door only unlocks the car but can not lock. (You can lock the entire car with the trunk keyhole via factory central locking system).
Sunroof open and close but handle is broken. (No leaks)
Paint fade on hood and roof.
Odometer stopped working. (202k on body and 70k on engine) though have no exact proof. Just averaging from last working DEQ odometer reading.
Differential Guibo makes noise (Clattering noise during low speed acceleration, common for this platform).
Power antenna stopped working. (Radio works fine).
Interior clock stopped working.

Keep in mind this is an all original 26 year old car so there will be minor blemishes aside from the cons I've already listed.

I know the E30 platform is a classic and still highly sought after today.
