Need some help on removing 2 marks.

Don't know where these marks came from or if it was something I didn't notice when I bought the car

Either way, I'm wondering what would be the best way to remove them?
They are above the clear coat from what I can feel and see.

If you can feel them above the clear use a cleaner wax etx or fine polish. Mask off the black plastic when you do it.

I currently have some 1z light polish and 1z glanz wax, think that would work?
Do you think I need to clay the area first or go straight to the polish?
