I got an OEM (Bosch) new replacement 120A alternator from German Auto Parts. It came with the pulley installed. They can get 150A units, too.
Great service from Mark
ETKA doesn't have fully populated info on which alternators came in which cars by VIN. We have a 2002 EV Westy Weekender that my dealer couldn't easily match with a specific part number, but he had two suggestions:
If your van has a 120A alternator the original part number should be 021903025T and is replaced by 045903023AX.
If your van has a 150A alternator the original part number should be 021903026 and is replaced by 074903018AX

Looks like you are already bought new one but in case someone else is looking for one - I have good used 150A alternator, pulled from VR6 Eurovan. Good working unit, just selling some parts that is not used/needed in 1.9 TDI EV conversion.
