so i just started to mod my g60, i have 68mm pully, 3.5 bar fpr chip, isv, and rsr outlet. After i put all the stuff on i started getting wicked idle surge went over everything and haveno leaks, the car ran fine before now have the damn surge.
Any help would be great
also how much psi should a stock charger with 68mm pulley put out?

this idle surge just started randomly, also it only does it after hit the accelerator, when i first start it idles fine

I am in no way an expert on G60 stuff so hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong. I believe a ISV reroute will help your situation.

i already did the re route. yeah i was just driving and it started, i adjusted the idle adjust screw and it stopped, then started again so i tightened it up again and now it wont stop

It sounds like you're getting unmetered air in somewhere. I would pull a vacuum on it per Bentley.

How do you know you don't have any leaks? Did you do the proper idle screw adjustment procedure? Ignition timing done correctly? ECU vacuum line plugged in and exactly 1 meter? I would grab a spare known-good ISV and try that (or test it by maintaining your own idle until it warms up with it unplugged). Blue temp sensor could cause weird problems like that (also plugging the wrong harness into the blue temp sensor). Check your idle switch adjustment on the throttle cable and the WOT switch functionality. That is everything easy I can think of.

Is it still doing it? Did you find the problem? Or is it a hunk of twisted metal at the bottom of a cliff now?
