Well its time to cut the holes for my a/c lines.I want hit it right the first time.
I am hoping some one has a stripped fire wall that can cut out a piece constrution paper to fit in in low spot
and the center holes so I can mark the right spot.

Also i need to know what size hole saw to get.
Then I can prep and spray the engine bay.

This is what you are looking for but I don't have the dimensions you need in my head. I deleted the holes and my AC on two cars. The tray is different too if you are using factory AC. Do you have the parts for the conversion? (Heater, Condenser, AC hoses, Vent return, vacuum lines) I wish I knew that you needed this yesterday because I had accesses to an empty engine bay with the front cut off.

The two holes that go to the exaporator in the cab,the rest i got.
for the rain trey recurculated air i will mock up and cut.
I dont know what I am going to do for the studs on the strut tower.

What about the heater? The defrost ducts are different (AC v.s. non AC) on the MK1 I am not sure about the MK2.

This is the closest hole saw I have for making the AC firewall holes. It is 1mm too small but the holes tend to grow when you cut them with hole saws.
