Audi stopped producing/selling that add-on.
There are alternatives though. I have one of these and love it:

Hey guys
My buddy just picked up a 2013 A4 premium plus with no nav. He has the ami ipod connection in the glove box but he wants to stream pandora through blue tooth. It appears this is not possible so before ordering this http://www.audi-collection.com/Vehic...treaming-Audio I was curious of anyone knows if this will work for a MY13.
Thanks

A few quick questions about the BT adapter setup in these links...
- Can the iPhone be connected to the BT adapter and the A4's phone BT at the same time?
- Or do you have to switch back and forth between the two when you want to listen to music, or pair with the car?
- Does the iPhone auto-connect to the BT adapter when you get in the car after its been paired?

Is that really three questions? Looks like 2. One is an and/or type answer, one is opened ended.
Your phone should be able to handle being connecting to both the A4 and the BT adapter at the same time. That comes down to your device though, not the Audi or the dongle. As long as your iPhone is working properly and has a current version of the OS with a current stack it should be fine.
It will switch automatically. Again, this is controlled by your phone, not the car.
A phone should reconnect to the car automatically. If you chose the solution linked above it should also reconnect to the A2DP dongle automatically as well. Again though this would come down to your phone. If you DIY your dongle and pick an adapter that doesn't auto-connect then it would obviously not automatically connect.
Cliffs notes because nobody reads complete posts: If you buy the dongle linked earlier in the thread and your phone isn't a POS then you will be able to pair to both the car and the A2DP adapter and they will both connect/re-connect automatically and the phone will change modes as needed for each task.
