1971 Volkswagen Bay Window Bus

(low light).

Originally a Westfalia camper (hence the pseudo ragtop).

It's the first year with front disc brakes.

Motor- It currently has a rebuilt 1776cc dual port, single 34 pict carb motor with rebuilt by Blodgett's, San Bernardino in 2011. With approximately 3000 miles on the rebuild.

Suspension- front: four inch narrowed height adjustable beam with two inch drop spindles and narrowed tie rods. Rear: three inch drop plates with one spindle down.

Wheels- front: stock 14x5.5 steel wheels 5x112 lug pattern with 185/55r14 tires. Rear: 14x5.5 stock wheels with 185/65r14 tires.

Body- the front nose clip is new which replaced the older damaged clip. New windshield and weatherstripping. Some rust near the driver side floor pan and under the battery tray. Title is still clean and clear.

Also included- rear bench seat with mounting brackets, under dash fresh air/heater vent, TWO spare tires (one for front, one for rear), original steering wheel, new ball joints, front nose spare wheel mount, moon eyes white steering wheel 15" with adapter (already installed).

The deal- I'm looking for a smog exempt pre-1975 or pre-1998 diesel pick up truck for hauling and work. Preferably one that is good running condition. No projects please. Or you can shoot me a cash offer. Thank you.
