After owning this car for two years I realize it is time to either sell it to have some cash to put into my Trailblazer, or find something different. I just don't drive this one enough.
SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD
(Everything was replaced as of May of 2011, car has had maybe 2500 miles put on it since then)
SPECS:
1995 OBD1 VR6
MK4 Headgasket
ARP Headstuds
New Timing Chains/Guides
Recent OEM Clutch
New Pass side OEM axle
Bilstein Shocks/Struts
H&R Race springs
Replaced High/Low Oil Pressure Sensors
5x100 swap(MK3 parts)
Thermal Research Catback
Doesn't leak anything, nor does it burn anything. It was painted Indigo Blue at one point but the PO or owner before him prepped fenders wrong so they are faded and the hood is black. The roof has remnants of duct tape from when the sunroof was covered up, as I realized someone put the sunroof seal in the wrong way but that has been fixed. The car will need an ISV as it is hard to start unless you open the throttle a little when cranking....doesn't bother me so I never replaced it. I have brand new ebrake cables for it on the car, but they are too long so I guess I grabbed the wrong ones.
Interior does not have a radio but when I took it out, I believe all of the factory wiring was still intact except for the speaker wiring, which was replaced with the usual speaker wiring you use to run amps and such. Was going to fill it with a MK4 dash cubby.
Many people that know me can vouch the car is a hoot to drive, can be tossed around turns and is reliable for me. After having the engine replaced in 2011, I have not ran into any issue with the car aside from the ISV.
Just got back from a trip to H2Oi so the interior is a litttle dirty.
I goofed up after I bought the car when I was pulling the engine and busted a clip off of that black lower plastic piece the plug wires sit in.
