I m having the exact same problem! Checked fuse, wiring, bulb, but nothing. It was all working a few nights ago, now all work except for the left rear parking light. Let me know if you figured this out.

92 Gli rear parking lights problems please help

hey guys im having some issues with my mk2 i cant figure out,
the parking lights in the rear of the car dont work, but the brake lights work and the turn signals work. the bulbs are all ok and fuse seem to be fine. this happened a few days ago and i noticed my trunk pump that powers the door locks also went out, but the fuse for that is good also. does anyone know anything of this issue or have experianced the same, please help.

hey just figured it out, my reverse light plug on the transmission was bad and it was shorting out and burning out the tail lights, i changed the reverse plug thing and got new lights and im up and running

Check your connections and grounds. If there is any corrison or rust, clean it.
