are they professionally painted? And they come with adapters, but not the hex bolts for the adapters right (your talking about those bolts, not the lug nuts, correct?)

Yes professionally powder coated. An yes I don't have the hex bolts. I believe they Take stock lugs from wheel to adapter but not 100% sure

What are the tire sizes? and are they just raceland adapters? If not how thick are they?
