FS/FT 98 vr6 jetta pdx

looking to sell or trade my vr6 jetta 5 speed. i went to start it today and it just ran like crap. idle's really funny, throwing up random misfire codes, and just isnt running well. i just tuned it up about 3 months ago, i am thinking the o2 sensors are toast. it threw an 02 code the last time i drove it. have both new 02 sensors.

there are LOTS new on this car, and lots of tasteful mods. interior needs work. needs heator core replaced, which comes comes with the car. anything this car needs, i have new in the box from vw

i am looking to trade the car for any 4 cylinder vw, preferably a mk3 cabrio or a mk1 cabriolet (no clipper cars). i am open to any offers as long as it isnt a 4 door golf....i'm not into wagons. would also consider a 4x4 ranger or bronco 2 as long as it was a 5 speed. will go no lower then 1500$$ cash in hand. car has its problems as needs work, but its a steel for a vr6. i bought this car about a year and a half ago for 2500...

i have over 1000$ worth of new in the box OEM vw parts and a bunch of extra's for the car that will be included if TRADED. if sold i will include all the parts with the car for an even 2000$$$

BUMP!!!!

vortexers keep flaking out on viewing the car, and frankly i am getting tired of trying to sell this car. the fact that noone has come and bought this 1000$ vr6 yet is mindblowing...

so heres the skinny, i am keeping the car up for sale until november, if it doesn't sell by then i am just putting it back in storage for a later date project, which is fine by me, seeing as my fiance is the one who wants it gone.

I check out the car, which is a huge roach. was told the body was a 9. The front fender is crushed big time down near the rocker. Sideskirts half gone, tires look like slicks, brake pads have about 2% life, sidemarker hanging by the wires, None of the GLX interior. Has a tan cloth setup including door panels, main power wires under the hood are butt connected together. I can keep going...

Oh yeah. This piece of work never answered phone calls or texts . Thanks for the waste of time and $.

weak dude, real weak. i ended my vacation a day early to meet with you about the car at an understanding that at the latest i would be available by 3 pm....its only 2.30 and you have already came by, saw the car, and bounced....

i feel that i have made it PERFECTLY clear that the car is NOT mint and NEEDS a lot of work, but it a solid platform to work from. i had descussed the interior with you, that i had the door card off to try and fix the window regulator....told you about removing the outer side skirts...and that i HAVE all new brakes, tires, ect ect ect

sorry you feel you wasited your time, but i feel i made it perfectly clear what you where coming to see....a 1500 dollar vr6.....show me one that DOESNT need work for that price...

anywho, i'm sorry the sale didnt work out, i really wish you would have stuck around till 3 because i was looking forword to the sale.....but its whateve. i really don't appreciate all your slander over this but i guess it's understandable.
