I've used titanium nitride drill bits and a bench drill press.
Or diamond coated bits make it cake.

Yes, low speed and use some oil to keep the cutting edge cool. A colbalt drill if you can find one.

So titanium nitride in a regular drill should be sufficient?

Most of your titanium drills are only tin coated. If you want something that will cut through this try carbide. Carbide drills will cut through just about any material out there. Just don't drop them on a hard floor they will break like class.

Specifically titanium nitride bits are a titanium alloy or hardened steel bit that is coated with titanium nitride to increase the longevity of the edge of the bit. I haven't found a material yet that they haven't been able to go through. Granted, I haven't tried everything though.

While TiN is an abbreviation for Titanium Nitride, it's not to be confused with actual tin.

I don't know why this is not in the FAQs. here you go
The rebar is made out of Boron (UHSS) Ultra High strength steel. Check the link out so you can have a better understanding of boron http://www.i-car.com/html_pages/tech...4/051004.shtml
As for drilling boron the right easy way is by using a tunsgten carbide drill bits an a low speed drill (600 -1000 RPM) .

    hope this helps
    good luck.

Replica wheels are like fake boobs. They look good on the outside, but when it comes to quality, Nothing beats the real thing.
