    How many SCCG cars are actually running?

    Just thought I'd see whose car is functional at the moment down here in SoCal land.
    Saw a yellow G60 on the road today and thought of Dogger, and just had to wonder whose cars are roadworthy these days?

    Mine's currently not - front end is taken apart to replace AC compressor.

    I know what you are talking about. I bumped into a friend on the road the other day and couldn't remember the last time I saw one on the road and wasn't going to or from a show.

    Drove my to work today to get wash and buff for Oktoberfest this weeking

    But lately I been seeing quite a few on the road. spotted two corrados while leaving work, black g60 that sound really healthy and a red one in need of a paint job. A black one broken down on El Camino Real with the guys wife cursing the damn car and this very clean g60 in front of my wife's job in mira mesa.

    Just solved all my cooling issues with my 93, I'm out and about in Pasadena area. Just in time for exorbitant gas prices

    Just did the clutch on mine so its ready for long beatings because its my daily. We need a cruise one of these days. The weather is cooler so we shouldn't worry so much about overheating. lol

    Amazingly, it was the hose clamp! It was just a little worn and out of round, not clamping right. Got a new German made one and it worked out fine.

    mine runs, but mainly sits. I drove it this week after it sat for 3 months. It has an issue where it won't start after being hot, cant figure it out. Ignition switch has been changed. Thinking its the starter.

    Mine has been sitting for months now. I've been very busy with work but saving some money for the parts it needs. I think this Thanksgiving I'll be able to work on it since I will get the week off

    Check the ground cable from the trans to chassis. Could be the starter still but just make sure that ground cable has good continuity.

    Im in the high desert. I daily drive my g60. When I got it over 2 years ago it only had 59k miles. Now has 113k. lots of freeway miles from driving to central California about 3 times a month

    +1 in New York. former SCCG car that still bears the decal running up the windscreen on the passenger side. I put the razor to it in 2005-ish when I bought it, but it felt like removing a prison tattoo or something so I left it.

    Mine is still up and running and being daily driven in south orange county. Black on black with black fat fives going back and forth from Laguna Niguel to Newport. currently at 145K

    I have a 90 Alpine White G60 I bought from some guy in San Diego. The car is in Long Beach where I'm rebuilding it. Hopefully I'll be done early next year.
