navigation problems heeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!

Hey guys i need help, my RNS 315 has trouble fixing satellite signals, it worked great for almost a year but now its going crazy, does anybody knows how to reboot/reset it, i read it can be done by pressing the power and the "i" button but it was bullshhht, whenever it can get any signal, either its completely lost or pretty much on target but about 500 ft off, thanks in advance!

Nope, i took out the entire unit out to double check all plugs were tight, now its working with more than 8 satellites fixed but it tells me i´m like 350 feet ahead of where i really am, any advice?, can it be reseted/rebooted???, thanks for your response

Try unhooking battery? Maybe that will reset it?
