Aaron- When you have to notch your frame so you can set your car ALL THE WAY on the ground, you need to seriously evaluate your priorities.

I want your oldie but goodie, you want a PKG2 GLI to go nuts with! Mine is a well maintained SOLID runner. NO OIL in the boost tubes I just checked a month ago. Turbo is still nice and tight!

Perhaps I should be a bit more detailed in what I am looking for in trade.

MK2- Gti/Gli 8 or 16v milage sub 200k close-ish to stock (no vr swaps ect.)
    MK3- 2.0/VR Close-ish to stock.
    Corrado-SLC ONLY(unless you have a 16v NO G60s)
    Scirocco- 8v/16v close-ish to stock.

I don't mind suspension/ mild cams/ exhaust. I am NOT looking for heavily modded cars. I don't care about bling wheels (I'll find my own unless they are unmolested RSs/RMs).

I don't NEED to sell this car I am just trying to see what is out there. This is your chance to get a good car in return for your good car + cash with lots of extras.

NO MK4s I'm done with big heavy cars. I would do a trade for a Passat B5/5.5 wagon MUST BE 5/6 speed.

Correction it's 144k miles. It's been a while since I stole back the keys from the wife.

I like MK3s. An oddly colored Golf sport/2.0 GTI would be a GREAT trade candidate!
