wait im sorry but .. WTF is up with this paintjob? when i first saw pics i thought it was dbp with a bunch of random vinyl rectangles .. but when i saw it up close i couldnt help but wonder .. WHY?
was the original paint THAT bad to justify this new paintjob?

It was plasti dipped before it was painted like that. It will all come right off... He's in the military, it's painted like an old plane

Yeah its plastidipped, then painted over it. Will come right off.
Razzle dazzle is a WWII camo style used to confuse the enemy of direction and speed. I never expected everyone to like it, But almost everyone did.
As for the cars original BMP paint, it is pretty much perfect. To many people are scared to try new things and have fun with there cars other than low, stickers and wheels. I am not one of those people. Esp with a mk4!

didn't get any pictures of it,
but I got atleast one shot on video, I'll have to determine if the shot was decent later and see if it goes in my h2oi video.
Looked cool though deff different.

I was confused bc I first thought it was maybe a DBP car with bad clearcoat peel like TR but then I took a close look at the Taphouse lot and saw that it was all sprayed. Knowing the paint if mint underneath is good to hear

I think it's pretty cool. My only complaint is the wheels, I think they kill the look. But it's not mine so it don't matter.

I actually kinda agree with you on the wheels... but i litterally put this all together in less than two weeks before the show. Paint, wheels,tires,adapters, coils, tint, The wheels were new in boxes since 2003, so they were clean enough to show with. I think they would have looked better painted but I didnt have time.
my mk3 cabrio k frame went to ****, and the other mk3 cabrio is in the middle of a swap/ bay shave, so my winter beater had to step up to the game.

A more accurate title would be :"Anyone get pics of my Corporate Modern Art Rectangle R?"
The only thing that camo would blend with is cheap office building carpeting. Or a shipping warehouse filled with label happy people with tourettes.
