    i have a 94 jetta gls 2.0....i took the trans out since im parting it out and i need to know where i can find the 3 letter code on it....i don't see it anywhere. The only things i see are on the oil pan (DBH) and then something else on the tranny like SNW or soemthing....

    ok its either a BDE or BDC i can't make out the last letter.
