Impressive. Now does this guy have a power advantage or is he just driving the **** out of this thing?

Lol at advertisement at the end. Definitely the right video to advertise with!

~575 Hp and car weighs 1,800 lbs with driver and full load of fuel. A good driver helps as well. Great vid BTW. I like that you can see the shifting and footwork.

Yes, and i'll add that it's a small block 302.

Looks like he's having some serious fun

Can't comment on the power output of that car because depending on builder and budget a 302 can be all over the map, but I can say that Jim Pace is a damn good driver so he is certainly driving the **** out of this thing.

Well he certainly was getting 11/10th's out of that beauty. Impressive driving. The 1 and 2 cars seemed to have pace on him at first, but he reeled them in like a champ.

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.

With dominating cars like the GT40 and various Ferraris, it's easy to forget just how capable the T70 was. It really is one of my favourites from the era.

Thanks for sharing! A Ford powered T70 is truly a rare bird if original. I believe they were pretty much all Chevy except for the disastrous 1967 Aston powered LeMans attempt. I think Dan Gurney might have piloted the only Lola/Ford to ever win a race. The video was also amazing, I really can't think of a better way to show off that track then with vintage machines like this. It really makes me want to go back but I think there are no more races scheduled for this year.
