If it's a "you sign 6 people up, then they sign 6 people up, then they sign 6 people up" type deal then it most certainly is. Don't you realize that once the pyramid spreads down far enough, there's literally not enough people on the planet for it to continue spreading? And that's assuming that 100% of the world population is stupid enough to fall for this.
Wikipedia explains it much more eloquently:

yeah i get that but i'm saying it's not a scam like your gonna sign up an get your info robbed or something like that. you can cancel whenever you want with no fee so say you sign up and get 20 people to sign up thats 1600. My sisters got 29 people to sign up so far. Basically I'm just trying to make some extra cash an spread the word about this so other people can make some cash to. And you get benefits so it's not like your paying for nothing.

If you really think about it, every business is a pyramid scheme. Funneling money from the hard working grunts at the bottom to the filthy rich CEO's at the top. Don't believe me? Look at the structure of, say, any major bank or for profit corporation (think Chase bank, WalMart...)
#14
The difference there is that the grunts at the bottom are not trying to con more grunts into doing the work for them. They are just slaves to their corporate overlords.
You can also move up the ladder in corporate America whereas you cannot in a pyramid scheme.

It's nothing like a pyramid scheme aside from the general shape of its organizational chart. All organizations have more workers down the bottom than executives at the top.
Or did we forgot that all CEOs are inherently evil and grunts should be paid more than them?

What we all really need to be doing is subcontracting our daily jobs to people in foreign countries and really take advantage of cheap labor like our employers do! I need to look at my employment contract to see if this is legal... I could have an entire pyramid of philippinos working under me, then I just have to find open jobs and get like 20 of them!
